Type I - Full Service Medical Billing

• Set up patient information in our computer system.
• Transmit all claims electronically.
• Print paper claims for any carrier unable to accept claims electronically.
• Post payments received from insurance carriers and patients.
• The money is sent to the client’s offices, they deposit checks and give our company a copy of the explanation of benefits.
• Print and mail statements.
• Respond to patient calls regarding their account.
• Follow-up on any unpaid claims using the patient and insurance aging reports.
• Clients will receive month-end production reports, aging accounts receivable, and accounts recommended for collections.

Fee: % of accounts received. Payable 10 days after month-end reports are delivered.

Type II - Electronic Claims Only

• Set up patient information in our computer system.
• Enter charges for each office visit and procedure in our computer system.
• Transmit electronic claims.
• Provide clients with audit reports as proof of transmission.

Fee: $4.00 per claim for electronic claim submission.
